It’s finally here - The Free Life Women’s Weekender! After building an incredible community of like-minded people who want to live simply, get outside, and find more balance in life, I am so excited to host my first The Free Life event in my home of Newquay.
Full disclaimer! This isn’t a retreat as such - this is a back-to-basics weekend of camping, outdoor adventures, and FUN! I wanted to make it as budget friendly as possible, whilst also giving you the inspiration and tools to walk away from the weekend feeling happy, inspired, and of course having made new friends.
Date: 3pm Friday 16th - 5pm Sunday 18th August, 2024
Location: Newquay, Cornwall
Price: £350
All food, accommodation and activities are included in the price. Below is an outline of what is included:
Two nights camping with breathtaking sea views in one of Newquay’s most sought after campsites [this is a bring your own van, tent, rooftop tent etc, but if you don’t have your own there is an opportunity to book a Tipi or Hut on the neighbouring campsite, please get in touch if you’d like to find out more on this option]
Morning yoga or private sauna sessions [with sea views!]
Two jam-packed days combining Cornish outdoor adventures, including a guided surf session, wild sea dunks, and beautiful coastal hikes
Talks on Finding Freedom, including digital nomad life, remote freelancing, and self employment, and collaborative Q&As in a private Tipi Tent
Fun evenings around a fire-pit, with incredible sunset views and one of the best places in Cornwall to stargaze [the campsite has the Dark Star Discovery status].
Sunset alfresco dinners, including wood fired pizza and campsite BBQ
And some more surprises!
Once you have booked and paid the deposit, you will receive an email from me that details everything, as well as me asking some questions on dietary requirements, surfing ability, allergies, camping equipment etc.
You will be required to pay the remainder of the payment on August 6th.

How to get there: The campsite is located between Newquay and Padstow - you can get there via car, train [Newquay Train Station is 20 minutes drive away] or airport [Newquay airport is 10 minutes drive away]. The campsite is a back to basics campsite [so no-electric], but they have toilets, warm showers, and more. You will get all the info on the welcome email.
