Become a Freelancer in 4 weeks: 1:1 Mentoring
By the end of this 4-week mentorship, you will have the tools and knowledge to kick-start your freelancing career!
The package includes 4x video calls, personalised support from me via whatsapp for the month, plus actionable ‘homework’ for you to stay accountable. Having someone there to not only help guide you, answer any questions, and challenge you is so key to actually achieving what you want to. By the end of the month you will be ready to dive into your freelancing career, knowing you have covered all of the basics of getting started.
Before the first call you will be sent a Briefing Form so that I can get to know you, including your objectives and your pain-points, before our first call.
The weekly 4x hour-long calls are then separated into the following themes:
Call 1: Discovery call to get to you know you! We deep dive into your dreams and what you want to achieve, your strengths & weaknesses, and we work out what niche you could freelance in. You may already have the skills to start in this niche, or we will figure out how you can get qualified, through my discounted affiliate courses or free courses online.
Call 2: Setting you up as self employed! We will run through everything you need to do to set yourself up as self employed and as a freelancer, including contracts, pension, how to track your finances, taxes, and more.
Call 3: Creating your Personal Brand. This call is all about your online portfolio to help you with your marketing [which we dive into in the next call] - we will work together to create you a simple but engaging website and personal brand.
Call 4: Marketing yourself! The final call is where all my marketing experience comes into play - we run through ways to market yourself, from social media strategy, freelancing sites, email marketing, and more.
At the end of this course, you will be set up and ready to kick-start your new freelancing career!
